Happy Chinese New Year, everyone! :D
Past 2 days have been wonders. Went ang pow hunting yesterday. Neither many houses, nor much ang pow collected... but its the spirit that counts, hehe. Met up with a few friends I haven't hooked up with in a while. Refreshing break from the daily routine, no doubt ;)
When one goes for CNY visits, one is bound to find food. I cannot begin to explain the amount of joy I had consuming Cheese Tarts at one particular frens place. Apparently her mom makes cookies and snacks for sale, and there's a possibility my fren helped make 'em too. But no matter who made it, darn they're good. I wonder if they have left-overs...
Sushi was the delight for dinner. Went to the local Sushi King outlet... hardly a satisfying visit i must say. They were out of most of the good stuff *grrrr* Talk about service. Note to self: do not go sushi-hunting at my home city.
Well, entertainment saved the night. Had a Saidina hangout at another frens place after dinner. For the uninitiated, Saidina is a local spin-off of Monopoly just not as fun... until you introduce house rules and 'business deals' which are NOT stated in the rule book :P Shall not delve into it, but lets just say free your mind. :P
Today was normal, with one visit to a frens place in Damansara. Came back relatively early coz i wanted to get some sleep. But wait... I dun commonly have my siesta's... wats the deal? Well, for starters, the Saidina game lasted 'till 2:30am (and yes, I finished the game as the filthiest rich guy *grins*). That, and add the fact that I'm gonna watch Constantine on its premiere launch later *drool drool* Wanted to make sure I'm all awake to enjoy the show.
...
Hope the show's nice though... haha. I'll be darned if it wasn't. Here's to hoping. Alright gtg and have my dinner before I head for the movie ;)
