I love that tagline. It's becoming more of a chant, and appropriately so. Every once in a while, we deserve to just put aside all our thoughts and worries; the past and future being moment of time beyond our control. The NOW is what matters, and the NOW is what we should just change.
Feel like doing that thing you've always wanted to do? Let's Go!
Feel like going that place you've always wanted to go? Let's Go!
Feel like just having a weekend getaway? Let's Go!
Feel like just hanging out with a friend? Let's Go!
The weekend in Malacca has indeed been a 'Let's Go' weekend for me. Sure, there were a lot more things I could've done, but there are no regrets about what I DID do. The place, the food, the company, the experience, the time... everything was memorable, none of it regretable.
I'll be going to work tomorrow; yeah, working on a public holiday *sigh*. Kinda kills the energy and life that was built up over the weekend getaway. Alas, responsibilities are responsibilities. I do hope to get out of office early.. and maybe catch another simple break. Could be a makan-makan with a close friend, or a friend I haven't seen in a while... could be catching a movie... Wall-E comes to mind. Considering I've been dying to catch it, perhaps I should.
...
Come to think of it, I think I will! Let's Go! Hahaha. I wonder if my friend is as 'Lets Go'-ish as I'd hope; it is kinda last minute... something that doesn't bode well with the bulk of ppl out there :P

Let's Go it is! Wall-E, here I come! Hehe.
Interesting post! Well it is really true that some times "Let's go" is the way to go.
ReplyDeleteI like how nike say it --> "Just do it!"
Hahah...
Haha, 'Let's Go' is something I picked up from a colleague and it kinda stuck. You could say I'm quoting someone else, although I'm the one putting it into practice most of the time.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for another "Let's Go" moment, hehe.
