*Phew*
Can't imagine the amount of dust and cob-webs this site would have collected were it a physical living space in the real world. I know my usual excuse of 'work getting the better of my time' is getting kinda dry...
This time it was more of plain old laziness. Getting rather comfy with maximizing my free time with loads of sleep, XBox360 and plain-lazing-about. That, and the fact that my desktop PC is partially out-of-commission. Started getting cranky about a month and a half back... some 'Disk unreadable' error, nothing much :P (Help me out here... I'm trying to ignore the seriousness of the problem, OK!)
I can't really blog from office either. New security policy upgrades include complete denial of public instant messaging, and filtration of many websites. Not to mention that having a proxy in Japan kinda makes the whole world wide web feel like a world wide wait. We're still allowed usage of internal messaging systems; using a Jabber-based system for communicating amongst colleagues and clients. Quite useful, but can't beat the good 'ol good 'ol.
I know I owe some ppl some photo updates, but with the PC out of commission, I can't access my hard drive, not without purchasing an external casing for it. The pics are safe, just not accessible right now. Sorry. However, I do not only have the shots from Europe to share...
Did I mention I had another visit to Japan recently? Well, considering my last post was in February, I guess not :P Went on a business trip to Fukuoka, Japan in late March to early April. A joyful, 2-week experience of the blossoming spring blooms... I finally got to experience the full blooms of the Sakuras!!! Awesome-ness.
Well, would love to talk about it more, but I'm a bit drowsy and tired from work. Last thing I wanna do is keep typing... reminds me too much of the countless reports back in the office. Best not to re-live the torture :P
G'nite champs~
