I was checking out this site today: http://bash.org/?random
Do check it out... some of these 'quotes' are really hilarious. Anyway, I happened to come across one about driver's license. It struck a note that compelled me to check my license... and to my horror, I learnt of a sorry truth.
It expired 3 months ago! =O And I was oblivious to it, thinking I had a whole year left =P Need to renew it first thing tomorrow morning. Let's just hope no 'uncle' in uniform decides to say hi to me tonight. THAT would be utter coincidence, OR someone cast 'Drain Luck 100 points for 12hrs' :P
Haven't been visiting your blog for a while, and was pleasantly surprised by the number of unread entries you had. :) Looks like you picked up your posting rate.
ReplyDeleteAnyhow, thought of dropping by.... could your lack of appetite be because of the slow down of your amazing metabolism rate? :) Or midlife crisis? haha...
And, oh yes. Wo ye yao gen ni jiang hua yu. :)
As to Malaysians being a caring society, I think we still are. We just not very civic about it. Then again, is that an oxymoron? But then again, to the defense of all the people watching that poor bicyclist, it has been shown in research that if there was only one person there, that person would have probably helped him. Since there were so many, everyone was expecting someone else to help... and so, no one did.
And guess who I found the other day on the web... Liang Shih Jern !! :) It does bring back old memories.

hey, nice to c u drop by. Sure were replyng to a few posts in one =D Picked up the posting rate for a simple reason... blog-rate is proportional to stress level, haha.
ReplyDeleteFew important people are readily accessible, so the best way to de-stress is to just release what's in the head. o when I go silent.. its a sign that good things are happening, or I'm just taking a uper long relaxing, uneventful break :P Though, I do hope I can indefinitely maintain posting ;)
